Such information will include your name, nationality, address, e-mail, NRIC No (if applicable) which are required in mandatory fields. You may additionally be requested to provide further information (such as Date of Birth & Races) through option fields in order for you to take advantage of certain promotions or obtain certain products or services

Although you are not obliged to provide the information to us, failure to do so may result in you being unable to participate in the activities concerned or in us being unable to sell our products and/or provide certain services including after sales services to you. All such information provided will be stored and used by us pursuant to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Your information and records described above (hereinafter referred to as the "Information") will be stored and maintained in our database for such time as is necessary to carry out the purposes set out below and will be kept in confidence by us.

For the avoidance of doubt, SOMAS shall not in any way be liable to you or to any third party for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of such linked sites, or the activities and/or privacy policies and practices of the owners or operators of such linked sites

SOMAS shall take reasonable steps having regard to standards generally prevailing in the industry to keep such Information confidential. However, as no form of data transmission or storage can be guaranteed as totally secure, SOMAS does not and cannot warrant that the transmission or storage of the Information shall be absolutely free from interception or unauthorised access.

Please note that it is your responsibility to take all necessary steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of all user Ids and password provided by SOMAS. SOMAS shall not be liable to you or to any third party in any way whatsoever for any loss and damage caused by or arising out of the use, misuse or unauthorised use of any such Ids or passwords.

The terms of this policy will govern the use and any information collected while it is in place.
